Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Guildford West

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Guildford West, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start




- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What the role involves
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
