Established in 1979, KNC Care is the one largest independent, not-for-profit, community-led organisation which offers comprehensive cost effective access to services. We believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness for the older population of our community. We are currently opening 2 wellness centres at St Ives and Lane Cove which offers a range of services, including one on one physiotherapy treatments, group classes, and wellness programs.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our licensed physiotherapists in providing high-quality care to our clients. Your contributions will be essential in helping individuals recover, regain strength, and enhance their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
- Monitor client progress and report findings to the physiotherapy team.




- Educate clients on exercises and proper techniques for their recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress.

Key Requirements:

- Certification or diploma in Physiotherapy Assistance or a related field.
- Current first aid and CPR certificate.
- Previous experience in a fitness or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid NSW driver’s license
