Systems Engineer L1.5 & L2 | MSP Sydney | $65K–$100K Super | L1.5 → L2 → Projects Are you an experienced MSP Engineer ready to take the next step? We're recruiting for an established Managed Services Provider looking for a hands-on Systems Engineer to join its Sydney team. This is not a traditional Level 1 Service Desk role. You'll need solid experience working within an MSP, the ability to troubleshoot independently and the drive to progress into L2 and project work quickly. What's on offer? $65K–$100K super, depending on experience and capability Clear pathway from L1.5 to L2 and project work Opportunity to progress within approximately six months Sydney-based role Customer-facing work with variety, autonomy and responsibility The Role You'll work across: Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Intune and Autopilot Windows and end-user support General networking Remote troubleshooting and monitoring Client support and incident management On-site support across various client environments Face-to-face customer engagement L2 support and project delivery as your skills develop You'll be joining a small team, so initiative, reliability and ownership are essential.



Career Progression You'll start at a level and salary that reflects your current experience, with the prospect to take on increasing responsibility and project work. The goal is for you to develop into an L2 Systems Engineer who can deliver work independently, manage tasks end-to-end, work on projects and confidently support clients. Engineers who demonstrate these capabilities can progress towards $90K–$100K super, depending on performance and experience. What We're Looking For Current MSP experience is essential Australian citizen or permanent resident only 1–2 years of IT experience across L1/L2 support Currently operating at L1.5 level or above Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID knowledge, Intune and Autopilot Good general networking knowledge Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Able to work autonomously and take ownership Proactive, reliable and comfortable working at pace Interested?
