You will: Lead clinical governance, quality and service improvement Manage medical teams, workforce planning and performance Build robust multidisciplinary partnerships across the service Drive strategic planning, change and service development Oversee complex care, research, education and clinical standards About You To be successful in this role you will: Hold RANZCP Fellowship and specialist medical registration Bring strong clinical experience in public mental health Demonstrate clinical leadership and professional integrity Lead quality improvement and multidisciplinary teams Support medical education,
