The Opportunity Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Locum RMO / JMO (Orthopaedics) to support orthopaedic services in Northern NSW. This role suits junior doctors who want to build surgical experience while earning a strong hourly rate in a teaching-focused environment. Shifts are flexible, at $100 per hour . Clinical Environment • Hands-on exposure, assisting in orthopaedic theatres, fracture clinics and ED presentations • Skill development in acute trauma, fracture management and perioperative care • Career progression for junior doctors exploring surgical pathways • Supportive training alongside consultants, registrars and skilled nursing staff Requirements • AHPRA general registration • PGY2, with prior orthopaedics, surgery or ED experience desirable • NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check • Australian working rights • Willingness to complete local credentialing and onboarding Perks • $100 per hour ,
