We are seeking motivated hospitality professionals to join our growing team across our café, hotel and function venues.

Guest Services

- Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests.
- Manage reservations, guest enquiries and front desk operations efficiently and accurately.
- Assist guests with travel arrangements, local recommendations and hotel services.
- Work collaboratively with all departments, demonstrating strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Clean and maintain guest accommodation rooms.
- Change bed linen, make beds and replenish amenities.
- Clean function rooms,



public areas and shared facilities.
- Report maintenance issues and meet daily cleaning schedules.
- Current RSA Certificate (essential)
- Current Food Safety Certificate compliant with SA legislation
- Adaptable availability including evenings and weekends
- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage/functions
- Current RSA Certificate (essential)
- Current Food Safety Certificate compliant with SA legislation
- Responsible Person (RP) Licence required (or willingness to obtain)
