About the Opportunity

Complete Healthcare Connect (CHC) is seeking an experienced, well-connected Sales & Marketing Manager to drive referrals, grow revenue, expand services and secure new contracts across Queensland.

This role suits a commercially focused professional with strong healthcare networks and proven business development experience.

Total earning potential: $150,000 + superannuation + company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Referrals

Build partnerships with hospitals, GPs, Support Coordinators, aged care providers and community organisations.

Generate referrals across Allied Health, Community Nursing, In-Home Support, Aged Care and SIL/SDA.

Develop sustainable referral pipelines and recent business opportunities.

2. Allied Health Clinic Growth

Increase referrals, clinician utilisation and revenue across our Logan Central, North Lakes and Booval clinics, covering Physiotherapy, OT, Speech Pathology and Podiatry.

3. In-Home Support, Nursing & Regional Expansion

Grow Community Nursing, In-Home Support and Aged Care services across:

Metro North: Brisbane Northside, Moreton Bay, Caboolture and Redcliffe.

Metro South: Brisbane Southside, Logan, Redlands and Bayside.

West Moreton: Ipswich, Springfield, Ripley and Goodna.

Gold Coast and Regional Queensland: Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Rockhampton and Bundaberg.

Establish referral networks and sustainable revenue streams in each region.

Increase property occupancy, strengthen NDIS referral partnerships and identify new accommodation opportunities.

5. Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement





Develop marketing strategies, coordinate digital campaigns, attend industry events and monitor lead generation and conversions.

Identify government and private-sector opportunities.

Prepare tenders, EOIs, RFQs, capability statements and business proposals.

Secure new service agreements and strategic partnerships.

7. Performance & Reporting

Achieve agreed revenue and referral targets, monitor service performance and report regularly to the Director.

About You

Proven healthcare sales, marketing or business development experience.

Established networks across NDIS, aged care or healthcare.

Demonstrated success generating referrals and revenue.

Strong tender-writing and proposal development skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Experience securing government contracts is highly regarded.
