Your Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an L&D; professional who genuinely lives and breathes learning and development.

As the local L&D; specialist, you will partner with leaders to understand their people and capability challenges, identify development priorities and create learning experiences that make a genuine difference.

Importantly, this is not a role where you will simply design strategy from the sidelines. You will have the opportunity to shape, develop, facilitate and see your initiatives come to life.

Your remit will include:

- Driving leadership and capability development initiatives across ANZ
- Designing and facilitating engaging learning programs and workshops
- Partnering with leaders to identify development opportunities
- Supporting coaching, mentoring and career development initiatives
- Managing L&D; programs from design through to evaluation
- Measuring learning outcomes and driving continuous improvement
- Collaborating with global stakeholders on broader development initiatives

About You

You have deliberately built your career in Learning & Development and are passionate about helping people reach their potential.

You are comfortable working autonomously, but equally enjoy getting out into the business, building relationships with leaders and understanding what their teams need to perform at their best.

You will bring:





- Experience in Learning & Development, Capability, Talent or Organisational Development
- Strong facilitation and program design experience
- Exposure to leadership development initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience identifying capability gaps and implementing learning solutions
- The ability to work autonomously while building strong relationships across the business
- A genuine passion for learning, leadership and capability development

Experience across coaching, mentoring, change, commercial capability or technical/operational environments will be highly regarded.

This is a full time, office‑based position in Brisbane. Some interstate travel will be required, with potential exposure to broader regional initiatives.
