Fixed Today Plumbing is seeking a Sales Plumber to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

- Attending warm leads – Visit pre-booked appointments generated from inbound inquiries, meaning no cold calling is required to build a pipeline.
- Diagnosing and advising – Inspect plumbing issues such as hot water systems, drainage, leaks, gas, and bathroom work, and talk customers through their options in a clear, approachable way.
- Quoting on the spot – Build and present quotes using tablet-based systems, giving customers an instant and professional experience.
- Converting opportunities – Follow up on open quotes and turn them into confirmed, booked jobs.
- Collaborating with the team – Work closely with plumbers and office staff to ensure every job is scoped and priced accurately.
- Driving results – Take ownership of a personal sales pipeline and work towards weekly sales targets.

Who are they looking for?

- Sales experience – A proven track record in sales, ideally within in-home, trade, or consultative sales environments, is sought for this role.




- Confident communicator – Comfort engaging with homeowners and explaining technical plumbing concepts in simple, relatable terms is important for this role.
- Valid driver's licence – A full driver's licence is required, as the role involves travelling to customer homes across Sydney.
- Plumbing knowledge (a bonus) – Prior plumbing or trade knowledge is considered a robust advantage, though not essential, as full product and pricing training will be provided.
- Immediate availability (a bonus) – Candidates able to start immediately would be well placed for this role, though this is not a strict requirement.
- Candidates with no prior experience in plumbing are welcomed to apply, provided a strong sales background is demonstrated.
