The Role As our Operations Manager, you will hold the keys to our daily success. You will split your focus between driving team performance, building client relationships, and optimizing our business systems.

Team Leadership & Operations

- Lead & Mentors: Manage a growing team of maintenance plumbers, ensuring top-tier quality control.
- Schedule & Coordinate: Oversee project scheduling to maximize efficiency and smooth service delivery.




- Process Improvement: Implement and refine smart systems, processes, and procedures.

Client Relations & Business Development

- Primary Contact: Act as the face of the business for new inquiries, site visits, and client consultations.
- Build Partnerships: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and secure new prospective business.
- Represent the Brand: Attend occasional industry events and networking opportunities to promote Ace Plumbing.

Financials & Project Management

- Quote & Close: Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotes to negotiate and secure exciting new projects.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, control inventory, and contribute to forecasting and revenue targets.

What you bring to the team:

- Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in commercial plumbing maintenance with a rock-solid understanding of AS3500 standards.
- Natural Leadership: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and grow a team of tradespeople.
