About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and self-motivated individual to join our team, assisting with swimming pool renovations, maintenance and equipment installation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well and can work independently with minimal supervision. Training and guidance will be provided to help you learn the role and develop your skills.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with swimming pool renovation and building works.
- Loading, unloading and delivering materials, goods and parts to job sites.
- Assisting tradespeople and other team members with renovation projects.
- Carrying out general labouring duties and maintaining a clean, safe worksite.
- Assisting with the installation, servicing and maintenance of pool equipment.
- Following instructions and working safely across various job sites.

About you

- A current driver's licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- A good level of physical fitness and strength to undertake manual labour.




- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.
- The ability to work unsupervised and manage tasks responsibly.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- A willingness to learn and take direction.
- Previous experience in construction, labouring, pool renovations or a trade-related environment would be an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
