Print Finishing Operator – Full Time or Casual | Established Adelaide Printer

Since 1970, Price Screen & Digital has set the standard in Australian screen and wide-format digital printing. We’re Australian owned, Adelaide made, and we deliver nationwide. From our St Marys facility we produce site and safety signage, point-of-sale displays, labels, decals and product branding for manufacturers, retailers, breweries and businesses right across the country.

We’ve recently invested in new Canon Arizona flatbed and Canon Colorado roll printers, and the business is growing. We need an experienced finishing operator to join our production team, either full time or on a casual basis.

Finishing is where a print becomes a finished product. You’ll take work off the printers and turn it into something ready to install, display or ship. It needs to be accurate, on time, and built to the standard our customers count on.

What you’ll be doing

- Laminating, trimming and guillotining digital and screen-printed work
- Cutting, kiss-cutting and contour-cutting stickers, decals and labels, including weeding and application tape
- Mounting prints onto rigid substrates such as corflute, ACP and foamboard
- Finishing banners (hemming, eyelets) and assembling pull-up stands and point-of-sale displays
- Quality checking every job against the job sheet before it leaves the floor
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch Australia-wide
- Moving stock,

substrates and finished jobs around the warehouse, including receiving deliveries and keeping stock areas organised
- Keeping your area clean, secure and tidy, and looking after the finishing equipment

What we’re looking for

- At least 2 years’ experience in print finishing, signage or a similar production role
- Hands-on experience with laminators, guillotines and cutting equipment (digital cutter or plotter experience is a big plus)
- A forklift license is ideal
- A sharp eye for detail. You spot a 1mm misalignment before the customer does
- The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise jobs against deadlines
- Comfort with manual handling, warehouse work and being on your feet through the day
- Safe work habits and a tidy, organised approach
- Good communication with pre-press and the wider production team
- Full Australian working rights

What’s on offer

- Full-time or casual hours. Let us know what suits you
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Modern equipment in a business that’s actively investing in its future
- The opportunity to grow your skills across screen printing, digital and specialist finishing processes, including our Lusta-Cal resin doming
- A friendly, down-to-earth team in a stable, long-established business
- Real scope to grow your role and responsibilities as the business expands
