Peninsula Health is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership and operational management within the Transition Care Program (TCP) based across sites in the Mornington Peninsula, including Frankston. You will lead OT service delivery, supervision and education for staff and students, while contributing to quality improvement.
