The Chance

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales & Warehousing person to join our team in a full-time capacity in Hindmarsh, South Australia. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between Team Systems and our customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ongoing success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the sales process for phone, email, in person and online sales for South Australian customers.

Work closely with our key distributor partners to ensure we provide products and solutions to meet their needs.

Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone or email.





Ordering of inventory from local suppliers and coordinating with the local and interstate warehouse teams.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through interactions with customers.

Provide sales leads for new and existing customers for the Account Management team.

Warehousing & Stock Management:

Support the handling of deliveries or customer orders to ensure the smooth flow of inventory

Support stock ordering and inventory management for local suppliers

Ensure effective and accurate stock management

Qualifications and Experience

A proven track record in sales, preferably in an industrial environment.

3 years’ experience in a similar business environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
