Change Medical is currently recruiting Medical Practitioners (Doctors, GPs & Specialists) for multiple established and emerging telehealth providers operating across hormone health, peptides, preventative medicine and longevity.

We are looking to speak with doctors who already have experience within TRT, HRT, peptides, men’s or women’s health, metabolic health or longevity medicine, as well as experienced practitioners interested in developing their practice within these areas.

Opportunities range from a few flexible schedule per week alongside your existing clinical commitments through to substantial part-time and full-time telehealth consulting.

We are looking to speak with doctors who already have experience within TRT, HRT, peptides, men’s or women’s health, metabolic health or longevity medicine, as well as experienced practitioners interested in developing their practice within these areas.

Remuneration and consulting arrangements vary between providers and will depend on your experience, availability and the individual clinical model.

Depending on your experience and the individual provider, roles may involve telehealth consultations, patient assessment, pathology review, treatment planning, prescribing where clinically appropriate,



ongoing patient management and follow-up care.

Looking to Move Into This Area?

Direct experience within hormone health, peptides or longevity is not essential for every opportunity.

Several of our clients are interested in experienced Medical Practitioners who have a genuine interest in developing their practice within these areas.

Depending on the provider, structured onboarding, established clinical protocols and ongoing clinical support may be available.

About You

- Vocationally Registered GPs
- Generally Registered Medical Practitioners
- Medical Practitioners with relevant telehealth experience
- Doctors with experience in hormone health, TRT/HRT or peptides
- Relevant Medical Specialists

You will generally require:

- Current AHPRA registration appropriate to the role
- Appropriate prescribing eligibility
- Australian working rights
- Appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Strong clinical communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently within established clinical governance frameworks
- A professional and private environment for telehealth consultations
