Full-time, Permanent | $101,270 per year + Super + Tool AllowanceMariner Engineering is seeking an experienced Marine Technician to join our team in Spotswood, Victoria.
About the Role
You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing and rebuilding outboard motors, small petrol and diesel engines, and associated marine equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Service, repair and rebuild two-stroke and four-stroke engines
* Inspect and replace worn or damaged components
* Perform routine maintenance, testing and inspections
* Maintain accurate service records and job cards
* Follow workplace safety proceduresRequirements* Certificate III in a relevant mechanical trade, or at least 3 years of relevant full-time experience
* Experience working with outboard motors or small engines
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Current driver's licence
