Australian Construction Group (ACG) is a construction company specialising in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical Construction.

We're looking for an organised, motivated and proactive Project / Safety Administrator to join our friendly team at our Cameron Park head office.

This is a varied role combining safety administration with project support, with a strong focus on maintaining safety compliance and supporting our site teams.

What You'll Be Doing

- Maintaining safety documentation, registers, SWMS and compliance records.
- Coordinating training, medicals, safety reporting and audit documentation.
- Assisting with project safety systems and client compliance requirements.
- Coordinating site inductions, mobilisation and employee onboarding requirements.
- Supporting Project Managers with purchase orders, invoicing and general project administration.
- Assisting with travel, accommodation and day-to-day project requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Previous administration experience,



ideally within construction or a similar industry.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety highly regarded but not essential.
- Experience with safety documentation and compliance processes.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, reliable team player with outstanding communication skills.

Experience with induction portals, document control or construction management systems would be an advantage. Why Join ACG?
