We are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Project Scheduler / Planner to join our growing team based in Henderson, WA.

This is a full-time, locally based position, responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring integrated project, production and maintenance schedules to support the successful delivery of our engineering and fabrication projects.

About the Role

Working across engineering, fabrication, marine and Defence projects, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring integrated project schedules to support productive resource allocation, production planning and successful project delivery. We are particularly interested in candidates with demonstrated experience using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), along with a solid understanding of project controls, critical path analysis and progress reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in project scheduling, planning or operational coordination, preferably within steel fabrication, heavy engineering, marine or Defence environments.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, production sequencing, resource planning and project controls.




- Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed integrated project schedules.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to identify scheduling risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
- Full working rights in Australia.

Highly Desirable Experience:

- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, including developing and managing complex project schedules.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and integrating schedule performance with project cost reporting.
- Experience preparing S-Curves, Critical Path Analysis and project progress reports.
- Previous experience within the Defence supply chain, particularly naval shipbuilding, ship repair or sustainment projects.
- Knowledge of shipbuilding construction methodologies, fabrication processes and production sequencing.
