We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Oak Flats. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
Hours you need to be free
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
What you will do
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Pay structure This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What you will need
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check. Apply with your CV and ask us about the role.
