Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Cringila who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
Requirements A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Your responsibilities
Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
How we support you
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
When you need to be available
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay and super
Casual role,
paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
