Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Kentlyn who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
What we are looking for A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Pay structure
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours:
$45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr

Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Apply with your CV and ask us about the role.
