This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Shell Cove, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.
Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay rates
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your responsibilities
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours. Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
