You'll be skilled in wall framing, James Hardie cladding, and second fix work, initially. An EWP ticket is an advantage for our commercial projects, as is experience with plasterboard fixing.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wall framing and wall cladding materials accurately.
- Install door frames, flooring, and other carpentry components.
- Carry out maintenance and repair work as required.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and professional worksite.
About you
- Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent recognised trade qualification).
- Current White Card.
- Current driver's licence.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a construction setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Desirable: Experience in residential and commercial construction.
- Desirable: Plasterboard fixing.
- Desirable: EWP ticket.
