What you'll be doing
- Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and procedures
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification (if qualified) in baking or a related field, OR a commitment to completing an apprenticeship
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality and food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet production targets and deadlines
