Last month we paid out $[5,400] in commission. In an average month, [70]% of our seniors earn commission, and one of them took home an extra $[420] in a single week.

We're not telling you that to brag. We're telling you because every salon says they pay well. We'd rather just show you.

The hair you actually want to be doing

Blondes. Brondes. Balayage. And lots of it. Not one a fortnight while you're stuck on root touch-ups, but a genuinely high volume of the work you got into hairdressing for. We also have a huge focus on hair extensions, plus a really wide range of everything else, so you'll never be bored and you'll keep levelling up.

Kimberly owns both our Macleod and Torquay salons, and each one has a dedicated team leader who doesn't do hair. Their whole job is keeping the salon running smoothly and supporting you through the day. Running late? Client curveball? Product's run out? Not your problem to juggle. You get to just get busy doing hair.

3. That chat is a get-to-know-you. No trick questions, no on-the-spot colour theory exam. Just working out if we're the right fit for each other.

We know it's a cliché, but technical skills can be taught. We're happy to talk to people at all different stages of their career. What matters most is that what we offer lines up with what you're actually looking for.

And here's the bit we really mean: we're going to be fussy about who joins our team, and we want you to be fussy too. Fussy about your boss, your leader, your workplace, your culture. So come in and be honest about what you want. It's the only way this works.
