Award Group Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Cadet to join our established team, working across our West Ryde and Winston Hills offices.

No previous real estate experience is required. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.

This is an ideal prospect for someone starting their career, including recent school leavers, who wants to gain practical experience, develop valuable skills and work towards becoming a successful real estate sales professional.

About the opportunity

You'll work alongside experienced real estate professionals and gain firsthand exposure to the day-to-day operations of a busy sales agency.

This is an active, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll spend time both in and out of the office, helping our sales team deliver successful property campaigns while progressively developing your knowledge of the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with open homes, property inspections and auctions

- Installing and collecting directional signage and property marketing materials

- Delivering brochures, letters and other marketing material throughout local neighbourhoods

- Preparing properties and marketing materials for sales campaigns

- Assisting with buyer enquiries, database management and general sales administration

- Learning the sales process while supporting experienced agents

Ideally, you'll be:





- Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with people

- Reliable, punctual, organised and well-presented

- Energetic and happy to undertake active, outdoor duties

- Willing to learn, take direction and work as part of a team

- Genuinely interested in building a long-term career in real estate

A current driver's licence is essential, as the position involves regular travel between properties and our offices. A company vehicle will be provided for work-related duties during working hours.

With offices located in West Ryde and Winston Hills, Award Group Real Estate proudly services the greater Ryde, Parramatta and Hills Districts. While not essential, familiarity with these local areas will be considered an advantage.
