Dental 359 is a cosmetic dental practice on Rokeby Road, Subiaco, with our own in-house dental lab. We’re looking for a Dental Receptionist to run the front desk and be the first impression for our patients, both on the phone and in person.
The role
- Greeting patients warmly and keeping the reception experience polished
- Managing the appointment book, rebooking and recalls, and taking payments
- Answering calls and following up enquiries to help new patients book consultations
- General admin and data entry, plus supporting social media and patient communications
About you
- Experience in reception or customer service (dental or medical highly regarded)
- A confident communicator who is comfortable discussing treatment options and fees
- Organised, detail-oriented, and calm when the phones and the waiting room both get busy
- Comfortable with technology. CareStack experience is a bonus, and we’ll train you either way.
