- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining an organised office environment.
- Providing general administrative support to the Director and wider team as required.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
About You

You may have previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, retail, or office administration. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, a professional approach, and a willingness to learn.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

and professional manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence handling phone calls, emails, and competing priorities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.
Previous property or strata experience, or industry qualification is desirable but not essential.
What's on Offer?
- A competitive salary package based on experience.
- On-site parking.
- A friendly, close-knit team within an established boutique business.
- Supportive leadership and a welcoming workplace culture.
- A varied role with a balance of customer interaction and office support.
- The opportunity to develop your skills within the property industry.
- A stable position with genuine potential for long-term employment.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
