Maxima’s First Nations Employment Team is offering a First Nations Banking Traineeship in Smithfield, QLD. Complete a fee-free, nationally recognised Certificate III in Business or in Financial Services and work full time in a local branch while you learn.

As a Trainee you will provide service from telling to concierge, supported by mentors. You will welcome customers, assist with transactions, educate on digital banking, and follow up on enquiries as you build your banking career.
