Local Group is a growing family of home service businesses across Geelong, Ballarat, the Bellarine and Melbourne's west. We cover plumbing, heating and cooling, electrical, roofing, garage doors and renovations, and we look after thousands of homeowners and real estate agencies every year. We're backed by a strong office team and we're growing fast.

The role

You'll work alongside our Account Managers to look after our real estate agency clients and keep their jobs moving. You'll also help our customer service team by confirming bookings with customers and tenants. It's a busy, wide-ranging role and suits someone who loves being organised and talking to people.

What you'll do

- Support the Account Managers with their real estate agency clients and property managers.
- Follow jobs from start to finish: booking, keeping the tech on time, completion, invoicing and following up quotes.




- Call and text customers and tenants to confirm booking days and times.
- Keep job notes and updates accurate in ServiceM8.
- Follow up on quotes and keep agents in the loop.
- Answer calls and messages when the phones are busy.

About you

- You're outstanding on the phone and you're confident, friendly and clear.
- You're well organised and can juggle a lot without dropping the ball.
- You take ownership and follow things through.
- You're comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
- Experience in real estate, property management, trades admin or customer service is a big plus, but it isn't essential.
