Mondrian Gold Coast, set on the Gold Coast, is seeking a Residences Manager to run the residential side of the building. You’ll be the face of the Residences for owners, lead the residential concierge team, and act as Principal Licensee, ensuring top-tier service and compliance.
You’ll oversee leasing, tenant documentation, and compliance with Queensland laws, while delivering exclusive resident perks and coordinating with hotel management to provide access to hotel amenities.
