BCI Wheels is an Australian-owned business specialising in steel wheels and accessories for classic cars, 4WDs and custom vehicles.

We've built our reputation on quality products, honest advice and exceptional customer service. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for another passionate team member who wants to grow with us.

We're a small, hardworking team where everyone helps each other. There are no egos—if the warehouse gets busy, we all jump in. If a customer needs help, we make sure they're looked after.

About the Role

You'll become one of the key people our customers deal with every day.

Whether they're contacting us by phone, email, Facebook, our website or walking into the showroom, you'll help guide them towards the right solution for their vehicle.

Your day may include:

- Assisting customers over the phone and in our showroom.
- Responding to website, email and Facebook enquiries.
- Providing wheel and fitment advice.
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
- Following up customer enquiries and converting them into sales.




- Building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Learning our products and expanding your automotive knowledge.
- Using our business systems to manage enquiries, quotes and orders.
- Assisting the warehouse with picking and packing during busy periods.
- Contributing ideas to improve our customer experience and business.

Your First Few Weeks

We believe the best salespeople understand exactly how the business operates.

You'll spend time learning our warehouse processes, products and order fulfilment before transitioning fully into the sales role. This gives you a solid understanding of what happens behind the scenes and helps you provide better advice to our customers.

About You

You'll ideally have:

- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry.
- Experience working in automotive parts, accessories, dealerships, tyre shops or a similar industry (highly regarded).
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers both in person and across multiple communication channels.
- Robust written communication skills, as a large portion of customer interaction is via email and social media.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- The ability to work as part of a team and help wherever needed.
- A desire to build a long-term career with BCI Wheels.
