Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice – Cold Bear Heating & Cooling

Start your trade with a busy, respected Melbourne HVAC team. Cold Bear (ARC AU40629) is a Daikin Club Dealer and Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Dealer working across domestic and commercial air conditioning and mechanical services from Ferntree Gully and Clayton South. On-the-job training, real mentoring and genuine career growth – Cert III pathway supported. Attitude matters more than experience.

What you'll do

- Learn HVAC installation, repair and maintenance
- Help install pipework, split, ducted and VRV systems
- Learn the tools and the theory behind them
- Learn to assess equipment and carry out repairs or replacements
- Keep sites clean and secure

About you

- Interested in machinery, pipework and equipment, and keen to learn
- Current driver's licence and your own transport
- Basic power and hand tools




- White Card (Working With Children Check an advantage)
- Reliable team player with basic English reading and communication
