- About the Role
- We are looking for a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Assess, plan, and implement quality clinical care for our patients
- Collaborate closely with care staff, families, and General Practitioners (GPs)
- Administer medications, manage wound care, and update clinical records
- Maintain compliance with professional and safety standards
- Health planning for patients - experience with care plans etc advantage
- What You Bring
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions
- Valid Australian Practicing Certificate
- Previous experience in general practice/acute care is highly regarded
- Strong communication, time-management, and clinical assessment skills
