Our model brings residents, staff and services together in a welcoming community designed around residents’ choices, relationships and quality of life.
Our community includes 17 independent, domestic-style houses, each home to seven residents, alongside a community precinct with a cinema, wellness centre, music room, café and more.
We’re looking for experienced Registered Nurses with at least two years’ aged care experience to join our team. You’ll provide high-quality clinical care and guidance in a setting where you can build meaningful relationships with residents and put your professional skills into practice.

About the role
You’ll provide holistic nursing care to residents, working closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing residents’ needs and planning, delivering and evaluating their care
- Providing high-quality clinical care in line with best practice
- Supporting medication, wound, pain and continence management, as well as dementia and palliative care
- Maintaining accurate, timely and thorough clinical documentation
- Providing guidance, mentoring and support to team members
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and liaising with external health services
- Communicating effectively with residents, families and colleagues
What you’ll bring
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- At least two years’ experience in aged care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach
- A commitment to resident choice, dignity and quality of life
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Influenza vaccination
- 2x COVID-19 vaccinations and 1x COVD-19 Booster (3 in total)
