We are looking for a friendly, confident and well-presented Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Greeting: Warmly welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression.
- Seating Management: Managing table allocations, seating arrangements and customer flow.
- Reservations: Handling bookings, walk-ins and waiting lists efficiently.
- Customer Service: Assisting guests with enquiries, requests and special occasions.
- Guest Experience: Ensuring customers feel welcomed, comfortable and attended to throughout their visit.
- Communication: Coordinating with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service.
- Presentation: Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming entrance and dining area.
- Floor Support: Assisting the front-of-house team during busy periods when required.
- Customer Relations: Building positive relationships with regular guests and professionally handling customer concerns.

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week

- Brighton-Le-Sands NSW 2216: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
