What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care
- Guiding and supporting care staff on shift
- Working alongside a friendly multidisciplinary team
- Keeping residents safe, comfortable and cared for as individuals
- Contributing to clinical risk management and continuous improvement
- Championing residents’ dignity, choices and wellbeing, especially at a time of year that can mean so much to them
What You’ll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (aged care a big plus)
- Sound clinical judgement and confidence making decisions
- A reliable, adaptable and genuinely caring approach
