Key Responsibilities
- Manage a reduced portfolio of more complex Group Life claims
- Be an important point of reference for the wider claims team.
- Complete file review and provide advice on claims strategies
Desired Experience
- Demonstrated experience assessing group or retail life insurance claims including making initial liability decisions and developing IM and RTW plans.
- Experience coaching and mentoring new starters and experienced claims consultants
- Conducting file reviews for higher DA approvals
