As Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Front Office at The Lodge Wadjemup on Rottnest Island. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will support the team, oversee shifts and ensure guests receive a warm, professional and seamless experience from arrival through to departure.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily Front Office operations and support the team throughout each shift
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service
- Assist with guest arrivals, departures, enquiries and reservations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Support the training, development and onboarding of Front Office team members
- Ensure accurate completion of daily Front Office procedures, handovers and reporting
- Monitor room status, guest requests and operational priorities
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance and other hotel departments
- Support the Front Office Manager with rostering, team performance and operational requirements
- Ensure hotel policies,



procedures and service standards are consistently maintained

About you

- Previous Front Office experience within a hotel, resort or similar hospitality setting
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, or be ready to take the next step in your career
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence handling guest concerns and making decisions during busy periods
- Experience using a hotel PMS; Mews experience would be highly regarded
- A positive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work across a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
