Location: 777 New South Head Road, Rose Bay NSW 2029 is seeking anexperienced, dedicated and motivated Retail Manager to join our team inRose Bay, Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managingdaily business operations, supervising employees, maintaining high customerservice standards, overseeing financial and operational performance, andsupporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, organise and manage the daily operations of the car wash business
- Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, customerloyalty initiatives and other marketing activities to increase sales andattract new customers
- Supervise, recruit, train and manage employees, including staff rosteringand performance monitoring
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improveefficiency and service standards
- Manage business budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and supportprofitability and Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitorrevenue and expenditure, review financial performance and implementmeasures to improve business profitability.
- Oversee customer service operations, resolve complaints and maintaincustomer satisfaction
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional activities andcustomer retention initiatives
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory management and supplier relationships
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with workplace health andsafety requirements
- Maintain business records,



operational reports and administrativedocumentation
- Ensure the business complies with applicable workplace health and safetyrequirements, including secure use and storage of cleaning chemicals,equipment safety and employee training.
- Establish and monitor customer service policies, manage complaints andimplement improvements to service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and implement strategies toincrease revenue and customer engagement

About you

- An AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management or arelevant discipline, or substantial relevant management experience
- Previous experience managing a retail, automotive service and/or carwash or comparable customer-facing business
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in staff supervision, budgeting and customer servicemanagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy business environment
