Role Description The Retail Sales Advisor is a casual on-site role based in the Melbourne Bayside Area. In this position, you will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable footwear, apparel, and accessories for outdoor activities. You will provide product advice, demonstrate features and benefits, and support fitting and sizing to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, restocking inventory, processing sales transactions, and keeping the store clean and organized. You will also handle customer inquiries, support exchanges and returns,



and contribute to sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills focused on building trust, handling concerns, and supporting repeat business.
- Explicit and confident Communication skills to explain product features and provide guidance to diverse customers.
- Ability to create a positive Customer Experience through attentive support, patience, and a friendly, professional attitude.
