We're looking for some lovely new faces to join our growing Little Honey Lane team.

Little Honey Lane is an independently owned mama and mini boutique, bringing together thoughtfully curated baby and children's essentials, beautiful women's fashion, gifts and lifestyle pieces.

As our little boutique continues to grow, we're looking for passionate, motivated and genuinely lovely people who can provide exceptional customer experiences.

The role

No two days at Little Honey Lane are quite the same! Depending on your experience and strengths, your responsibilities may include:

- Creating a warm and memorable shopping experience for every customer
- Assisting customers with purchases, exchanges and returns
- Processing and fulfilling online orders
- Receiving deliveries, entering new stock into Shopify and preparing products for the shop floor
- Styling and merchandising new arrivals
- Keeping our boutique beautifully presented, clean and organised
- Monitoring stock levels, recording and following-up customer requests and sharing feedback
- Contributing ideas for new products, stock replenishment and in-store events
- Assisting with the preparation and running of special events
- Capturing simple product content, sharing daily Instagram stories and responding to customer messages

Who we're looking for

You'll be someone who

- Has a warm, friendly nature and enjoys connecting with customers
- Is organised, reliable and takes initiative
- Has an eye for styling, presentation and the little details




- Is confident working both independently and as part of a small team
- Has a genuine interest in fashion, baby and children's products and lifestyle retail
- Has knowledge and willingness to learn of the brands we stock, their products and their use.
- Is comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems. Experience with Shopify, Canva, Instagram & TikTok desirable.
- Takes pride in contributing to a positive, supportive workplace
- Previous retail experience is highly regarded.

The details We have opportunities available for both casual, part-time and full-time employment, with hours and responsibilities to be determined based on the successful applicants' experience, availability and suitability.

We're open to hearing from candidates looking for anything from a few shifts per week through to a more substantial ongoing role.
