About the role

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to analyse sales, contract, inventory and cost performance, prepare forecasts and provide practical recommendations to support commercial decision-making across our lift installation and service operations.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse lift installation enquiries, quotations and tender outcomes to identify conversion trends and factors contributing to successful and unsuccessful bids.
- Evaluate maintenance contract revenue, renewal rates, customer retention and lost contracts, identifying opportunities to strengthen recurring revenue.
- Prepare cost-benefit and margin analysis across lift installation, modernisation and maintenance services, customer groups and contract types.
- Prepare sales forecasts for lift installation, modernisation and maintenance services using historical sales results and the current sales pipeline.
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts and targets, investigate variances and report findings to management.
- Extract, validate and analyse sales, contract, project and cost data from the company’s Feishu (Lark) business management platform and CRM to monitor sales performance, pipeline status and profitability.
- Translate sales and operational requirements into system, workflow and reporting improvements, working with management, sales, finance and operations staff.
- Use data analysis, visualisation and AI-assisted tools to automate routine reporting and improve the efficiency of information processing.
- Prepare regular analytical reports,



dashboards and presentations.
- Analyse component inventory, supplier pricing, purchasing costs and product costs to support quotation pricing, purchasing and sales decisions.
- Analyse market, competitor and customer segment trends in residential and commercial lift demand to identify sales opportunities and recommend pricing and sales strategies.

Skills and experience

- A bachelor’s degree in business, ICT or a related discipline
- At least 12 months of relevant experience in sales analysis, commercial analysis or a closely related role.
- Solid ability to analyse sales performance, contract revenue, conversion rates, costs and commercial trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, analytical formulas and reporting.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales or contract records.
- Ability to prepare reliable forecasts and communicate findings through clear reports and practical recommendations.
- Experience with data visualisation or analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Python is desirable.
- Experience configuring business management platforms is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and communication skills.

What we offer

- A salary of $80,000–$90,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
- A full-time position based in Lane Cove, Sydney.
