Perth Wellness Infusions is a growing mobile and clinic-based wellness business providing Clinician-led IV infusion services across Western Australia. We are focused on delivering a professional client experience while continuing to expand our reach and services.

We're looking for a motivated, confident and organised Remote Sales Consultant to join our team and help turn incoming enquiries into confirmed bookings.

About the role

This is a work-from-home chance suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport and achieving measurable results.

You'll work with an existing pipeline of prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services. Your role will be to follow up enquiries, answer general questions, explain our booking process and guide prospective clients towards their next step.

You'll be supported with established systems, scripts and pricing guidelines, but we need someone who takes ownership of their follow-ups, communicates professionally and consistently works towards booking targets.

Key responsibilities

- Contact new and existing leads by phone, SMS and email.
- Follow up prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Re-engage leads who have previously expressed interest but haven't booked.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and provide a professional customer experience.
- Explain our services and pricing using approved business information.
- Manage lead records and update our CRM and booking systems.
- Follow up outstanding enquiries and ensure no promising leads are forgotten.
- Work towards agreed call, follow-up and booking conversion targets.
- Coordinate bookings with our administration and nursing teams across WA.

About you

We're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and comfortable picking up the phone.

You'll ideally have

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence making outbound calls and following up warm leads.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A results-driven mindset and willingness to be accountable for performance.
- Confidence using computers, CRM platforms and online booking systems.

Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service or lead conversion is highly regarded. Experience in healthcare, medical administration or the wellness industry is beneficial, but not essential. We are happy to consider candidates with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
