HMG Hardchrome in Pinkenba, Brisbane, seeks an experienced Fitter/Machinist with leadership experience to join the Production Department as a permanent Machine Shop Leading Hand. You will lead hands-on, coordinate daily workflow, and drive secure, efficient output on the Large Line.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will coach staff, monitor progress, and ensure quality targets are met, while upholding site procedures and continuous improvement.
