At CPAP Direct, we help people improve their sleep and quality of life through personalised advice, sleep health solutions and CPAP therapy. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our Mount Gravatt store and sleep study clinic.

n

You don’t need previous CPAP or sleep health experience. We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the knowledge and confidence to succeed!

Your hoursn

n
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
n
- Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
n
- A rostered day off is earned for every two Saturday shifts worked.
n

What you’ll be doingn

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are quite the same! You’ll oversee the daily running of the store while supporting your team and delivering exceptional customer and patient care.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Leading and supporting the team to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding service.
n
- Assisting customers with CPAP machines, masks and accessories.
n
- Setting up home sleep tests and educating patients about sleep health and CPAP therapy.
n
- Troubleshooting equipment and finding practical solutions to customer concerns.
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
n
- Managing sales, POS transactions, reporting and general administration.
n
- Providing professional after-sales support and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.
n

About youn

You’re a natural people person who enjoys leading by example,



building relationships and making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

n

You’ll bring:

n

n
- At least 12 months’ experience in store management or retail leadership.
n
- Experience in a busy retail or customer service environment.
n
- A genuine passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
n
- Empathy, compassion and a patient-focused approach.
n
- The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work confidently under pressure.
n
- Initiative, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
n
- Professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
n
- Confidence using technology and POS systems; Lightspeed experience is an advantage.
n

Experience in pharmacy, CPAP, optometry, audiology or healthcare retail is beneficial but not essential. We can teach you about sleep health – your attitude, personality and willingness to learn are what matter most!
