Senior Manager – Operations | Contract Logistics (3PL)

Are you a warehouse operations leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people and fixing problems at the source?

Our client, an established logistics services provider, is expanding its operations and has created a new Senior Manager – Operations position to lead the day-to-day operations of a dedicated 3PL warehouse account in Melbourne’s west.

The site has approximately 24 full time equivalent staff across morning and afternoon shifts. Reporting to the National Logistics Manager and the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the full workflow, from receiving and inventory control through to picking, packing, e-commerce fulfilment and dispatch.

You will be expected to step in on the floor when needed. Most of your impact, however, will come from the supervisors you develop, the routines you put in place and the improvements that last.
