Bunnings Warehouse is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management for a specialist area. You lead a team of 20+ colleagues, drive Best Experience and Safety Culture, and report to the Assistant Site Manager alongside the Site Manager.

You will monitor customer service levels, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, and manage weekend rosters with some public holiday work.
