Clean Energy Finance Corporation - Sydney CBD NSW

The CEFC is Australia's 'green bank'. We combine deep sector expertise, commercial discipline and investment leadership to support Australia's lower-emissions future. By moving first where it's needed and developing creative financing solutions, we build confidence and create pathways for others to follow. We work with government, industry and investors to mobilise capital and help deliver practical benefits for Australia's industries, economy and communities.

About the opportunity

This is a fabulous EA & Team Coordinator opportunity supporting our Chief Strategy & Capital Officer, whose work spans strategy, capital and the partnerships that support CEFC’s investment in Australia's energy transition. Working with an ambitious, well-regarded and high-profile executive, you can expect wide-ranging, meaningful work in a collaborative and supportive culture.

Day to day, you will manage the CSCO’s diary and that of her two Executive Directors, shape her meeting rhythm and ensure she is prepared for every engagement. You will also support the wider Strategy and Capital team across governance and reporting cycles, Board and committee materials, adviser and procurement administration, domestic travel, expenses and team events.

Another important dimension in this role is providing on-the-ground support to our QLD based CEO when he is in Sydney, covering meetings, materials, rooms, visitors and follow-up. You will work closely with our Brisbane-based Office of the CEO Manager, who manages the CEO’s diary and inbox, and provide cover during her leave and peak periods.

This partnership depends on early communication, generous information sharing and a willingness to step in without being asked.

These key relationships are all with pragmatic, open people who value excellence in the work as well as forming genuine, friendly and open connections with their colleagues.

If you bring strong organisation, humility, sharp attention to detail and the emotional intelligence to read people and situations well, this could be a great fit.
