interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills will be called upon from day one.

You will be in the thick of the action as you work side-by-side with some of the best in the business. And you will help create change. Every day is different but a sample of the things you can expect to accomplish include:

- Research the client organization and industry; interview, conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders
- Identify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision makers
- Move the client to action; develop a plan to implement the strategic recommendations; manage the execution
- Be a mentor to junior team members

Given the workload and performance expectations of this position, consultants are regularly required to work more than 50 hours/week to perform essential duties of the job. ABOUT YOU: We recruit talented experienced professionals from a wide array of industries and backgrounds, including finance, law, consulting, engineering, technology, healthcare, start-ups and many others.





- A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, including managing, or collaborating with others, to successfully complete client assignments or end-to-end project management
- A highly motivated person, who is a committed and inclusive team player, able to think for themselves, with a keen business sense
- A robust diagnostic skillset and demonstrated problem solving capability
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, including presenting qualitative and quantitative data
- Deadline orientated, organised and able to multitask
- Flexible and willingness to travel locally and globally
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members
- You will hold an undergraduate / masters / MBA / PhD from a top university with consistently robust academic results.
